If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason. Because our service is digital, this right may be limited after access or use has started.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us or contact us at support@imagesupscaler.ai and provide your order number together with the email address used for the purchase.

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method without undue delay. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The 14-day cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals.

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulative conduct.
