Last Updated: March 18, 2026

Welcome to Images Upscaler (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, image upscaling tools, dashboard, accounts, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable Acceptable Use Policy or other policies we may publish from time to time.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you and that organization.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

If our Services offer account creation, login, dashboard access, social login, or account-linked features:

  • you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • you are responsible for activity associated with your account, user ID, or account identifier;
  • you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • you must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

You must keep your account information updated and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

2. Description of the Services

Supported file formats may include:

  • JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • WEBP

Available upscale levels may include:

  • 2x
  • 4x
  • 8x
  • 16x

We may add, remove, or modify supported formats, features, limits, or processing options at any time.

Processing may fail for certain files or requests. Where possible, we may display status updates, processing information, or error messages, but we do not guarantee that all files will process successfully.

3. Your Content and Your Permissions

When you use our Services, you may upload files, filenames, metadata, account information, communications, and other material (“User Content” or “Your Stuff”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

These Terms do not give us ownership of your User Content. However, in order to operate the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to:

  • host;
  • store;
  • copy;
  • process;
  • transmit;
  • display internally;
  • back up;

your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Services to you.

This permission also extends to trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, storage, processing, delivery, authentication, analytics, support, or security providers, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or control all rights necessary to upload and use your User Content;
  • your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights of others.

4. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only in a lawful and responsible manner.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • upload, process, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
  • upload content for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions;
  • probe, scan, test, or exploit the vulnerability of any system, network, or security mechanism;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, usage limits, rate limits, or security protections;
  • access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or systems you have not been authorized to access;
  • use bots, scripts, scrapers, automation, or abusive traffic patterns in a way that harms, overloads, or disrupts the Services, except through our official interface or approved APIs where permitted;
  • create accounts in bulk through unauthorized automated means;
  • sell, resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Services through unauthorized channels;
  • upload malformed, deceptive, corrupted, or malicious files intended to exploit vulnerabilities;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or Software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
  • interfere with or disrupt other users’ access to the Services.

We may investigate violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Accounts

Some parts of the Services may require or later introduce accounts, while some parts may be accessible without account creation.

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for all activity occurring under your account unless caused by our own failure to maintain reasonable security.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or remain inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to paid services.

6. Software

Some of our Services may include downloadable software, scripts, tools, integrations, APIs, plugins, or client-side components (“Software”).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely as necessary to access and use the Services.

If any part of the Software is provided under an open-source license, that license may apply instead of or in addition to parts of these Terms to the extent required by the applicable open-source license.

Unless prohibited by law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services or Software, nor may you assist others in doing so.

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas, but you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

7. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

To provide the Services, uploaded inputs, processed outputs, and related job metadata may be stored in cloud or object storage systems.

You may be able to delete individual files, batches, account-linked history, or other data through available Service controls, if such controls are provided.

Even if you delete content, we may retain limited logs, backups, records, or technical data for a reasonable period where necessary for:

  • security;
  • fraud prevention;
  • abuse prevention;
  • billing;
  • legal compliance;
  • dispute resolution;
  • system integrity;
  • enforcement of these Terms.

Our data handling practices are further described in our Privacy Policy.
