Refund Policy

Last reviewed: 26/08/2026

1. Overview

We want billing concerns handled fairly and promptly. This policy describes how cancellation and refund requests for subscriptions, credit packages, and other purchases are handled. Your checkout receipt identifies Paddle as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

Important: cancelling a subscription prevents a future renewal; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

2. When a refund may be available

Refund eligibility depends on the product, whether digital credits or processing services have been used, the reason for the request, the purchase date, checkout disclosures, and mandatory rights in your country. We may approve a refund for a verified duplicate charge, material billing error, or service failure that we cannot reasonably correct. Change-of-mind requests for substantially used digital services or consumed credits may be declined where law permits.

3. Add-on credit purchases

Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits, not recurring subscriptions. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, but making a request within that period does not automatically guarantee approval or a full refund. Eligibility depends on Paddle’s Buyer Terms, the checkout disclosures, your use of the credits, the circumstances of the request, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

If some add-on credits have already been used, Paddle may take that usage into account and may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund, or decline the request, as permitted by applicable law. There is no promised or fixed proportional refund based on the number of unused credits. When an add-on purchase is refunded, all unused credits supplied by that purchase will be removed from your account; used credits are not restored. We will never deduct credits supplied under a separate purchase or subscription merely because an add-on is refunded.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us as soon as possible at support@imagesupscaler.ai with your account email, transaction number, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card or bank details. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the account, transaction, usage, or technical issue.

5. Subscription payments and cancellation

Where a 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies, it generally applies to the first payment that starts a subscription, rather than to ordinary recurring renewal payments. This does not mean recurring payments are always non-refundable. Paddle may approve a full or partial discretionary refund of a recurring payment depending on the circumstances and applicable law, and any mandatory rights you have remain unaffected.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing controls made available in your account or through the link in your Paddle transaction email. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period, and access or remaining benefits continue as described for the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid a future charge.

6. Refunds, chargebacks, and remaining paid credits

We review requests individually and may work with Paddle to investigate and issue an approved refund. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary and are outside our control.

When a subscription transaction is refunded or charged back, the related subscription ends immediately and will not renew; unused add-on credits purchased separately are preserved but suspended while there is no active paid subscription. They become usable again if the customer purchases a new paid subscription and remain subject to the normal add-on expiry rule when that new subscription ends. When a refund or chargeback is processed for either a subscription transaction or an add-on purchase, all paid credits left over from that specific transaction will be deducted from your account. The adjustment is tied to the refunded or charged-back purchase: credits from a separate purchase, a separate subscription transaction, or another credit source are not removed merely because that transaction was refunded or charged back. Credits already used are not restored, and the account balance will not retain unused paid credits for an amount that has been refunded or charged back. Add-on packs are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, so refunding or charging back an add-on does not cancel the paid subscription.

7. Consumer rights and chargebacks

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or statutory-guarantee rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Depending on your location and the disclosures and consent given at checkout, a right to cancel may end once immediate supply of digital content or performance of a digital service begins. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. Fraudulent disputes or abuse of refunds may lead to account restrictions, without limiting lawful consumer remedies.

8. Contact and updates

For a cancellation, billing question, or refund request, email support@imagesupscaler.ai. Include enough transaction information for us to locate the purchase, but never include passwords or complete payment-card details.

We may update this Refund Policy as our products, billing practices, payment providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by the review date above and, where appropriate or required by applicable law, communicated through the service or directly to account holders. Changes will not limit refund or consumer rights that applied to a completed purchase under applicable law.
